About

I’m a software team lead at Ardurra in Houston. I build data systems and AI tooling for infrastructure clients, and I’m increasingly working in healthcare.

What I’m working on

City of Houston. I’m embedded full-time with the city’s wastewater utility on its federal consent decree program. I build the compliance reporting, operational dashboards, and data pipelines the utility runs on. In my first five months I rebuilt 40 operational and compliance dashboards that had been locked in vendor software.

Basil Health. I founded Basil, an AI tool that turns DEXA body-composition scans into reports patients can actually act on. Physicians review every report before it reaches a patient. It’s in use at three bariatric practices and has served more than 300 patients. In September I presented the research behind it at the University of Oxford, at the 7th International Bariatric Club World Congress.

I’m interested in the medical side of this work, not just the software, and that’s where I’m heading.
